European Payments Council clarify key aspects of the SEPA Cards Framework

The European payments council recently published a document aimed at clarifying key aspects of the SEPA Cards Framework. The SEPA Cards Framework sets out what has to happen in order for SEPA to be a reality for cards.

The document is available on the European Payments Council website and is in a questions and answer format. The document aims to help people (citizens, businesses, payment institutions and others) understand the cards aspect of SEPA.
